This self-contained unit is an annex to our own house which means we are available to welcome you, offer advice or help you plan your stay. The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, a sofa bed + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-3 people but can sleep up to 5 people with three single sofa beds. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. Small charge for a fifth adult Pillows and duvets are feather but if you have allergies, let us know in advance as we have other hypo-allergenic bedding. This is a peaceful, quiet area - perfect for relaxing after a busy day working, travelling or sightseeing. There is a large drive in the front of the house for parking. Guests are welcome to use the garden. It has child-friendly areas such as a trampoline and some children's toys etc. There is access to the field beyond the garden through a gate. There are also some local walks which guests can take. Due to Covid-19 I am supplying only milk, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, and breakfast cereal as a matter of hygiene. There are restaurants, pubs and bars in Wilmslow town centre. The closest place to eat is the Unicorn pub which is 200 yards away from the apartment and can be reached on foot, turning left at the front gate. Local places of interest are Styal Mill, Tatton Park, Lyme Park and Dunham Massey. Manchester is a 20-minute drive (12 miles). Liverpool, Chester and the Peak District National Park are less than an hour away. There is easy access to north Wales, and the Lake District in two hours. Easy access to Manchester (12 miles) on the A34. Manchester Airport is 10 minutes away. Trains go hourly to London (2hrs) from Wilmslow station which is 2 miles away. Motorways to the north and south of England (M56 and M6) can be reached after the airport. The Unicorn pub is just a few minutes walk away and provides lunch and evening meals. Local shops are Lidl and Tesco metro (1 mile away). A larger shopping area (2 miles away on the A34) includes Tesco and Marks and Spencer. John Lewis department store is 10 minutes further on the A34.
