The house has been newly created from the remains of what once was a small church dated 1757, redesigned for residential purposes and refurbished with the finest materials. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds plus a second bathroom with shower. The house has a surrounding garden with sea view. During the restoration particular attention was given to preserving some old details, such as the main entrance portal which shows the original engraving of the year in which the Church was built (AD MDCCLVII). Ideal also for those people who are planning a cultural or gastronomic holiday. If you travel by car, the house is close to the A14 motorway. The exits is called Fermo-Porto San Giorgio in the South and Porto Sant'Elpidio in the North. If you travel by train, you should get off at the stop called Fermo-Porto San Giorgio.
