Bed and breakfast in the peace and in the green

Pleasant and charming room in an old renovated farmhouse from 1680. The house is located between Agen and Bordeaux, 10 minutes from the A62 Marmande motorway exit (Bordeaux 1 hour, Toulouse 1 hour 20 minutes), 9 km from the Casteljaloux thermal baths, in the countryside and forest of Mas d'Agenais, in a green and peaceful. The bedroom, with access by a wooden staircase, is located upstairs. The bathroom and the toilets are shared with the second bedroom. Breakfast is included. The house is a renovated farmhouse of 150 m2 with two floors. The bedrooms are upstairs. It benefits from a large shaded terrace all on a large plot (6000M2) partly wooded and not fenced without opposite. Breakfast is included in the price, and dinner and lunch can be provided on reservation: starter, main course and dessert for 15 euros per person. You have access to the kitchen, the living room, the terrace, the garden, and the forest. In summer we set up a summer terrace with a relaxing mattress under the walnut trees. Animating well-being and personal development courses during certain periods, I could be brought to modulate the rooms and places normally available. For walks in the fields and the forest, no limit or constraint. :-) I am present when you stay at home and I can stay with you to exchange and spend good times as you may wish to keep your privacy if you wish. Everything is possible. :-) The house is unique in Sainte Gemme Martaillac : Relaxing, surrounded by greenery. Ideal for those looking for peace and quiet. It is located outside the village of sainte gemme martaillac at 1km in what one could call a small hamlet of 5 houses. Coming home is easier in car, motorcycle or bike (attention it goes up). But walk too :-) If you are without a car, several possibilities: - Buses that travel between Marmande and Casteljaloux, the nearest stop to the house is the village "Le clavier-Bouglon". You can find all schedules on "car.aquitaine" line "barbotan-Marmande" or "marmande-barbotan". I will come and pick you up at this stop. - The carpool: Many people regularly travel Marmande, Casteljaloux ... it's blablacar :-) - And if you are really stuck, I can pick you up at Marmande (nearest train station) or at the toll Marmande if you practice carpooling. Internet access is provided by a very expensive and limited satellite connection (20 Giga for the month). If you want to watch movies, series, etc ... This is not forbidden but thank you to talk about it before we put in place by contribution gigas bytes extra with our operator. To give you an idea, 1 gig is at a cost of 10 euros. Insect refractory, the house is in the countryside and so has visitors that everyone does not always like spiders but they are very very useful :-) I live with 6 cats coming and going but who do not have access to rented rooms. And, I also have pigeons who have their dovecote but who like the beams of the terrace when it is very hot, so I put the terrace in the shelter :-).
