Lovely 2 bedroom apartment which has been recently updated, with the use of the garden & free parking. Located between the beautiful beaches of Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth the village of Trevarrian is in a great position for traveling around Cornwall, only 10 miles from the A30 & 1.4 miles from Newquay airport making it easily accessible. Newquay is 4.4 miles away & Padstow is 10.5 miles away, both of which have plenty to offer families, couples or a group of friends. There are wooden floors through out, so pets are most welcome. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washing machine, the lounge has a TV and access to high speed internet. The main bedroom has a king size double bed and the second room can either be set up as two singles or another king size bed. At the rear of the property there is a lovely garden with a large lawn which provides access to a BBQ and washing line. The Gastronomic hub of Padstow is around 10 miles passing the infamous 7 bays for 7 days coastal road. This 2 bedroom apartment consists of a master double bedroom and a twin room. The apartment is family and pet friendly. It is on the first floor and is one of six units and has a large communal carpark to the front and a sunny communal garden to the rear.
