The cottage features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom featuring two sets of single bunk beds (ideal for kids) and a washroom. For creature comforts, a wood burning stove to keep the chill off on fall evenings or cool summer nights, wifi for a work from home scenario or streaming. An assortment of board games for kids and adults to keep you entertained throughout your visit. The garden bunkie offers guests additional privacy a features views of the woods and lake with a comfortable double bed. Lake living at its best: Large clean swimming area from 4' depth to 9' depth off the end of the dock. Enjoy the southern exposure from early morning to late afternoon. Lounge in the hammock, dine by the waters edge, or enjoy the views from the muskoka chairs dockside. Enjoy water sports with use of two kayaks and canoe to explore West Bay and the beauty of Baptiste. Excellent fishing throughout the lake, you can park your boat at the dock and use the public boat launch, a 5 minute boat ride away. End your day by the camp fire with space for everyone to enjoy a cocktail, conversation, and s'mores. Onsite parking for 2 vehicles . 20 minutes from all amenities including; Algonquin Park, day hikes and trail system, and the convenience and charm of Bancroft for all your shopping needs. Free parking onsite for 2 vehicles or trailers. Room for motorboat at the docks. Cottage is down garden stairs from parking and dock is down deck stairs from cottage. Paths are garden trails. Renters ability to navigate stairs and uneven ground is required to enjoy the property. This is ideal for a couples retreat, work from home getaway, and a family vacation. The property slopes to the water from the driveway and parking so mobility and ability to navigate stairs is necessary to enjoy the property.
