A very quiet 2-room-apartment with a great layout and nice balcony close to the famous Schönbrunn Park and Palace. Although you can reach the city center by car or public transport in about 20-30 min, you enjoy a fantastic view into the huge garden with lots of trees, which you won't find very often in Vienna. Enjoy your own space in the garage! HIGH-CLASS, MODERN APARTMENT IN GREAT LOCATION When arriving by car you reach the noble 13th District of Vienna fast and easy. You will be staying in a newly built and bright house with huge entree. The car is quickly parked in your own space in the garage and with the elevator you go to the 1st floor where the apartment is situated. The highlight of the comfortable two room apartment ist the thoughtful layout: entrance with generous wardrobe, fully equipped high-class kitchen with storage room, modern bathroom with a glass wall for having a shower, bedroom with comfortable double bed (180x200) and huge closet as well as a bright living room with dining table. The high quality sofa can be easily folded out for two people to have a good sleep. You are able to step outside and reach the balcony via the sleeping and the living room. Just to enjoy the view or relax. The absolute highlight is the view through the windows and the balcony into a huge garden with lots of trees – you won’t find this very often in Vienna. And in about 20-30 minutes you reach the city center – either by car or public transport. The stunning highlight is the proximity to the famous Schönbrunn Park and Palace inviting to go for a run a walk or just enjoy your time. And of course the zoo and museum is a must-see. The noble Hietzing can be reached in less than 10 minutes, where trendy restaurants, shops and the world famous Café Dommayer are worth a visit. By car or bus you reach the noble Hietzing in less than 10 minutes where shops and restaurants await you. Do not miss my favorite coffeehouse in Vienna: Cafe Dommayer - great for breakfast, in the afternoon for having coffee and a cake or even lunch. Do not miss Christmas and Easter markets right in front of Schönbrunn Palace. You will have your own parking space in the garage when arriving by car. If going by public transport the bus station is across the street and you will reach the city center in approx. 25 minutes. Also a tram stops within easy reach and goes directly to the city and Opera. If staying longer than 12 days a weekly cleaning of the apartment is included in the price. All apartments are equipped with: -high class kitchen -stable and unlimited wireless -new washing machine and dryer (in ground floor of the building) -fluffy towels -modern flatscreen tv -elevator Of course you will find in all apartments: vaccuum cleaner, iron, laundry rack, ironing, board, hairdryer, toaster, kettle, microwave and horseshoes Please let us know if you arrive later than 8pm.
