Welcome to the edge of the Allgäu to a cute little town called Memmingen (MM). We’re located right in the heart of town. You’re close to sweet cafes/bakeries/restaurants & bars or check out other nice cities close by. We’re close to the mountains The flat+terrace is located on the ground floor in a lavishly renovated old building with plenty of charm. The flat is very spacious with an open floor plan kitchen, a lounge area with separate bedroom and bathroom. The furniture is modern and stylish. The terrace is also fully furnished. It is perfect for a family of 4 or travellers, who are either visiting for business or pleasure. The location is perfect for sight-seeing and also very close to the train station. You are only minutes away from sweet cafes/bakeries/restaurants & bars. The apartment is fully furnished with all the essentials you need: some toiletries, a hairdryer + straightener, clean towels, clean sheets, a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine and coffee + tea, a toaster and a much more stuff etc. We DO NOT have a washing machine or a dryer. A travel cot for the little ones is also placed in the bedroom. We Love Memmingen! In German: Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich direkte im Zentrum der Innenstadt von Memmingen. Mit unserer offenen Wohnraumgestaltung hat man stets alles im Blick und die moderne Kücheneinrichtung macht das Kochen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Das wichtigste Zusammengefasst: Die Wohnung hat ca. 65 qm. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet! Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster gehören zum Equipment dazu. Das Schlafzimmer ist separat mit Kleiderschrank und optionalem Reisebett für den Nachwuchs. Die Schlafcouch befindet sich im offenen Wohnraum. Die große Terrasse ist möbliert. Das Bad ist geräumig und hell. Einen Föhn, Glätteisen und Shampoo & Co. stehen reichlich zur Verfügung. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich die Shopping-Meile umgeben mit zahlreichen Bäckereien, Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte. We Love Memmingen! Guests have access to everything in the flat. Jennifer my co-host and I are almost always available Even though we are located in the city center we live on a quiet street. The building is in a safe neighbourhood. The location is perfect for sight-seeing and also very close to the train station. You are only minutes away from sweet cafes/bakeries/restaurants & bars.
