A quirky double bedroom flatlet with shower/toilet. Own entrance (previously a Potter's Studio/Workshop) below the main house. Included is a kitchenette: kettle, toaster, microwave, small fridge and kitchen sink. Outside, there is a private, secure enclosed patio and grassed area for your own use. Easy access to all of north Wales' delights via the A55 Trunk road. Local foody pub within short walking distance. Close to the beach and the mountains. We are Motorbike, pet and guitar friendly. We are biker friendly and have secure off road parking and great knowledge of local routes, gems and hidden finds. We welcome one well behaved dog per visit. There is a private, fenced off patio and grass area available to guests for their own use. We are available initially but then will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay and come and go as you please. We are always contactable if you need us to be. The village is beautiful and overlooks Conwy Bay. We are a 10 minute walk to the stunning, quiet, expansive beach. Excellent for beach combing, walking dogs, camp fires and picnics. There are two grocery shops in the village, only a five minute walk, if that. We are minutes away from the main A55 Trunk road and north Wales train line and bus routes. There are numerous walking routes that begin right here on the doorstep. We have secure off road parking available and storage for motorbike/push bikes. We are close to the towns of Bangor, Llandudno, Caernarfon. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided for you.
