Middle floor ensuite bedroom with shower, fitted wardrobe and bedside cupboard. Single bed with adequate floor space for a single mattress. Wall mounted television. Also on this level is a lounge with L-shape sofa and flat screen television. Communal kitchen with appliances. Free parking on site. Easy access to the M4, Liberty stadium, city centre and the Mumbles. Close to the train station and a short walk to nearest bus stop. Within a close distance to Tesco, Morrisons, Asda, Lidl and Sainsburys. Close to a number of local restaurants and take aways. I will give my guests space to settle in and feel comfortable but will be available if needed. Family friendly site. Close to train station and bus stop. Easy to access the M4.
