There’s a great choice of channels, so for those occasions you’re not out and about exploring the local area or working in it, you can keep yourselves entertained. And because the house is located on the Carmarthen Road, access to Swansea City Centre to the south is very easy, and it’s there that you will find all sorts of attractions, including: The Liberty Stadium, home of Swansea FC - if you have tickets for a game or an event here, it’s not far to and from the stadium Mumbles Seaside Village - this famous coastal location really is a ‘must visit’ if you’re staying in the area. Swansea City Centre - a wide variety of shops, eateries and entertainment venues are all here. Swansea Marina - take a look at the boats and maybe grab some food in this popular area of the city. Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS. There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house. No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area. On occasion it may be a couple of days since the last guest checked out and you may find some settlement dust, this is normal. Creepy crawlies are quite common in the UK so there may be the chance that you'll encounter a friendly spider or bug during your stay. If anything is out of the ordinary for a normal home, we will get someone to rectify this for you ASAP!
