The room is equipped with a double bed, kitchenette with microwave, cooking hobs, fridge, crockery, pots and pans. Television & wifi are provided in the room free of charge. The establishment is 20 minutes from the airport and 25 mins from Toulouse. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. QUIET AND COMFORTABLE. A delightful, Large, Single bedroomed studio, with scenic views. the kitchen is fully equipped for your own catering. -Rooms cleaned daily unless otherwise agreed....weekly stays are cleaned weekly...normally. -Clean linen and towels provided for each guest; depending on the length of stay they will be changed on a weekly basis; - Free Wi-Fi . - TV - Bathroom with shower. - Fully equipped kitchen (no oven) - Integrated Fridge There is the swimming pool and bbq outside with chairs umbrellas and tables. We have a secure area for any cyclists or motor cyclists. We can also put a trailer away in our outbuilding. There is a wonderful Forest nearby with lakes, swimming pools, mini golf, tennis courts, playground and picnic areas The nearby village offers all commercial activities including doctors, dentist, supermarket, bank and bakers Local attractions include Aeroscopia (retired aeroplane graveyard), New Exhibition Centre and Animaparc for children. There is also a zoo nearby The vacant apartment is always left ready so we can always accommodate last minute requests. Some one will be waiting for you to check in...as we live here at the château. We are happy to answer any questions about what to do and see in the area. It's all about making your stay a pleasurable one! We are located in a quiet neighbourhood, there are nice walks to the forest nearby. As we are located near to Toulouse you have easy access in and out. We are accessible to the Pyrenees and very close to the Gers. Whether it is for 1 night or a few weeks stay there are plenty of things to in the area. There is golf 10 mins from here, water skiing is 15 mins. Plenty of places for cycling. We are situated 5 mins from Levignac and 6kms from the nearest railway station. There is also a bus that goes to Toulouse from Levignac to Toulouse. We are 20 mins from the airport and 25 mins from Toulouse centre. We have restaurants and lots of things to do within a 15 min car ride. Check in is from 3pm and check out times is no later than 11am...if you would like to arrive earlier we may be able to help. Breakfast is available for 5,50€/person THERE IS NO CLEANING FEE. YOU ARE EXPECTED TO CLEAN YOUR OWN PANS, DISHES AND CUTTLERY..OTHERWISE THERE IS A CHARGE.
