Casa Rizza is in the countryside at a few minutes by car form Pavia's town center and form the Charterhouse of Pavia and at 30 km from Milan. Independent entrance, fully furnished, two story house (ground floor: sitting room, kitchen and laundry room; first floor: two double bedrooms and bathroom). Outside space with lunch area. Spazio esterno con zona pranzo. Fully equipped kitchen, TV and WI FI. The owners live next door. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Pavia, 5 minutes drive from the centre and 30 minutes drive from Milan... Casa Rizza is the place for you. WI-FI, TV Air conditioning (in the bedrooms); two double bedrooms; kitchen fully equipped! things to know: - you need a car (or a motorbike!) to move to/from casa rizza - there is a staircase from ground floor (kitchen and sitting room) to first floor (bathroom and bedrooms) - there is 1 bathroom - the external private area (as in the picture) is an enclosed terrace/patio in front of the entrance. The house doesn’t have a garden. Guests have access to the whole house, which is independent and has it’s own entrance. A car is necessary to stay at Casa Rizza.
