West Waterhead Family Rooms

Comfortable suite of rooms in a family home. A kingsize bed downstairs and upstairs 3 further beds. Ensuite (Website hidden by Airbnb) is included. West Waterhead is just outside Kingsbridge , an ideal position to explore the South Hams. by car. It is possible to walk into Kingsbridge but it is not easy and can take up to 40 minutes!!!! There is a pub in walking distance. The family suite with king size bed is a large , light, comfortable ground floor room overlooking the garden. In the room are stairs connecting to the room above where there are twin beds and a sofa bed. Guests have access to the garden . A variety of hot drinks can be made in the room. West Waterhead is just outside Kingsbridge , an ideal position to explore the South Hams by car. It is possible to walk into Kingsbridge but it is not easy and can take up to 40 minutes!!!! There is a pub in walking distance. Breakfast . We will provide any local info required. Welcoming refreshments on arrival . We are around for a chat . Every where one walks or drives there is a wow view throughout the South Hams. It is a breathtakingly beautiful place to live....we are so so lucky. Minutes from the house are amazing walks giving spectacular views towards Salcombe and a beautiful walk through the West Charleton Nature reserve to the estuary. West Waterhead is along a private lane . It is a peaceful and quiet location snug in the valley. The garden provides an ideal opportunity to relax , read or just listen to the stream. There is a bus stop at the end of the road which runs on the hour. Its a bus that in one direction goes through Kingsbridge and on to other villages with its final destination being Plymouth. Alternatively the opposite way takes you on an incredible drive to Dartmouth....sitting upstairs is obligatory because of the views! Unfortunately though we love dogs we do not accept dogs. We do have a dog ( Mischaka) and a cat ( Keith) There is a 2 night minimum
