Sparrows Nest,Bramshaw, New Forest

Sparrows Nest is situated in the New Forest National Park near Bramshaw and is part of a small working farm. The accommodation is on the first floor of the Old Dairy reached by a reasonably steep staircase and consists of a light airy double bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Central heating provides warmth in the winter months. Ample parking and a basic welcome pack is provided. Due to the nature of farm life with large vehicles etc. we have to specify adults only and no pets. The accommodation consists of a light and airy double bedroom a spacious lounge, dining area and TV. The kitchen comprises of a fridge, cooker , microwave and washing machine.There is a small bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, sink and toilet. Country location situated in the New Forest away from city noise. Local Country pubs x 4 within cycling or walking distance of the accommodation . Golf course on the doorstep . Local towns for historic buildings , restaurants, shops selling local produce and tourist information centers include Romsey and Lyndhurst. The cities of Southampton, Salisbury or Winchester are all within 35 minutes drive. If you want to go to the beach Bournemouth is an 45 minutes away by car. Bath is just over an hour away. Parking off road is provided outside the accommodation. We are on a country road where the pace of driving is sensibly slow to avoid the ponies and pigs. Cycling and walking from the property is another way to explore the New Forest and all its wildlife and nature. Rail connections from Romsey and Ashurst both stations have car parks and Taxi services available.
