Cozy Apartment, in between Milano, Como & Lecco
Cozy Apartment just renovated and refurbished with natural materials and a nordic style. It is located 5 minutes from Monza-Circuit F1 (Autodromo Nazionale Monza), but also in between Milano, Como and Lecco. The Monza Park is the largest fenced park in Europe and it is situated 5 minutes by walk from the apartment. You will have a private garage for your car. Note: we need to register your basic personal information due to regional and governmental laws in Italy. CIR: 108009-CNI-00004 The apartment is located in the basement level but due to the presence of large windows, it is very bright. It is very quiet since the district is a residential area. If needed, we can provide an additional foldable bed :) You will have the whole apartment for yourself. My family lives on the top floor of the same building, so they will be there for any necessity. You will also be able to access the garden products that will be available at the time you arrive. We grow a large variety of vegetables. We will be 24/7 available for our guests and the communication will be easier since we live in the same building. The neighborhood is located in the small city of Biassono - a perfect location in-between Milano, Como, and Lecco. Moreover, the historic Monza Formula 1 Circuit is only 5 minutes from the apartment. You can reach the apartment easily from Milano by taking one of the several trains stopping @Monza. Afterwards, the bus Z221 will bring you at 5 minutes walking time from the destination. By car it is also extremely easy. It takes around 30 min from Milano city center to the apartment. It depends a lot on the traffic conditions. You will have a small additional room where you can store your luggage and hang your clothes. You will have free italian coffe from Lavazza and a bean bag to relax from a long day.
