The Gaggle of Geese is a rural family-owned freehouse pub in Dorset. A chic family-friendly pub with skittle alley, function space, five acres of gardens, campsite and shepherd hut. Our 'Birdie' Shepherd Hut is made by the local company Plankbridge. It benefits from king-sized bed, wood burning stove, ensuite shower & toilet. Enjoy the peace of the rural village, amazing stars and your own firepit. Within the grounds of the Gaggle, good beers, company and food is just a short walk away Glamping in style & comfort with a nice village pub just a short wander away! The pub itself is closed Mondays (apart from bank holidays) but open the rest of the week from 11.30am til late. Food served all day until 9pm (5pm Sundays) The Gaggle is located within the village of Buckland Newton, Dorset. A beautiful rural location with amazing walks. We are ideally located for exploring the Dorset countryside and coastline. The notable Lulworth Cove is only 18 miles away. The Gaggle is rurally located and best accessed by car, bike, horse or foot!
