Delightful cottage between Milan and Como

Nice apartment on the ground floor of a lovely villa, inside a gorgeous private park. Very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is very close to Highway A7, train station to Milano and Como (both about 20 minutes away) at 10 minutes by foot. Wonderful location for daily trips to the lakes, mountains and Switzerland, as well as for trips to Milan. Perfect for families with babies and children. This location is very relaxing and peaceful due to its location outside of crowded villages. Hosts can enjoy the garden within a radius of 10m of the cottage, which is inside a large private park. Panoramic views of the park are truly unique in every season. The cottage sits at the end of a long private tree-lined street starting directly from Via del Seprio, which connects the villages of Lomazzo and Cirimido. A private parking spot for the guests is located just outside the large doorway of the Villa. During summertime our family is in vacation so we do not have direct personal contact with the guests. A person living in the same place will be there on our behalf. In any case, the owners can be in phone contact with the hosts for any problem or inconvenience. There is not an air conditioning system, but anyway the apartment maintains a cool temperature due to its thick walls and also because of the vicinity of the garden.
