Traditional andalusian house "Fountain of Dreams"

This large house, located in the village centre, is 20min from the beach and 45 minutes from Malaga and its airport by car. Nearby you'll find lots of activities suited to families or solo travelers (beach, hiking, swimming, mountain, white andalusian villages). Enjoy this house for the typical atmosphere, rustic but perfectly functional. You can admire the "Fountain of Dreams" just next to the front door :) A grocery store is open 7 days / 7 in front of the house for your small daily purchases. The house is in the centre of the andalusian village La Viñuela (near the town hall) with its white houses, cobbled streets and small shops. 4 bedrooms (sleeps 9), 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen will allow you to travel in groups and enjoy evenings in the upstairs private terrace, or around TV if you prefer to stay at home. The living room and dining room downstairs are air conditioned, so you can stay cool during hot summer afternoons :) There are isolating curtains to preserve heat or cold in the living room and upstairs (depends of the season). There are fans or air conditionning in the bedrooms too. WiFi internet is available in the house with a mobile 4G router (be careful, limited data 10GB/week). You can use it if you want to check e-mails or look for touristic information. Just press the ON switch, put the password and enjoy :) Pets allowed. If they break something, it will be charged from your deposit. IMPORTANT: The cleaning fee will be refunded if you leave the house as clean as it was the day you arrived. Otherwise, 10€ per hour of cleaning will be deducted from the refund, agreed during the checkout. Travelers have access to the whole house, depending on the number of guests, except the storage room in the first floor, separated by a curtain. All the zones in the house are private. The house is modular : the number of bedrooms open will correspond to the number of people declared in the booking. For example, a booking of 2 people who sleep together downstairs, all the first floor will be closed, you will be able to access the terrace by the kitchen and patio. I don't live there, so check-in and check-out will be done by my friend Denise. If you arrive at night or when Denise is not available, you can have free entrance in the house at any time. I will send you informations about the keys before your arrival in this case. However, if you have any question, I would be happy to give you my information for you to have the nicest stay possible :) An inventory will be done at your arrival and at your departure. You can wander the cobbled streets around the house and discover beautiful landscapes and old buildings in the village. 8min drive away is the public swimming pool and a large lake with restaurants serving traditional local cuisine. Nautic sports at the dam too. There is a grocery store in front of the house for you little purchases open in the morning. A bank, a pharmacy and a doctor's office are in the north end of the village if needed. Intercity bus from the ALSA company to go to the coastal town Torre del Mar. Timetable available on the website alsa.es (2-3 trips a day). Local taxi service available. I will provide contact after booking if you wish. The house is furnished cleaned, washed dishes and clean sheets on the beds. Please put all the used sheets, towels and tablecloths in the laundry container in the downstairs bathroom (next to the washing machine) the day you leave the house, and please do not leave any dirty dishes or surfaces. The day you leave, the house has to be as clean as it was the day you arrived. The laundry fee only cover washing of bed sheets, towels and tablecloths, including the house disinfection against Covid-19.
