My house is located 100 m from the beach and 150m from the lagoon. You can access the beach through wood pedestrian walks and enjoy Costa Nova beach. It is very close to the walk where You can find the cafes, terraces, restaurants, gelaterias, the traditional fish market, and other shops. It is equiped with dish-washer, fridge, microwave oven and gas cooker.
