The house is situated at the foot of San Genesio mountain, next to the natural Molgora stream with many picturesque walking trails, 15’ from the natural reservation of Sartirana, Leonardo da Vinci’s ferry-boat and Monticello Spa. The house has just been restructured conserving its antique aspect like the original Lombardian terracotta flooring, 18th century pieces of furniture together with modern and technologically cutting-edge internal. Apartment no. 2 consists of a spacious bedroom with double bed on the first floor, a room with a removable single bed, dedicated bathroom with washing machine on the ground floor.
