Burleyhayes Barn is set in an Area of Outstanding Beauty (AONB) on a secluded track with no immediate neighbours. Newly renovated in 2020 it has been designed with the traveller in mind. The beautiful open plan ground floor living space is modern and bright leading straight onto a large south facing patio and gardens. Totally refurbished in Spring 2020 you can expect a fully equipped open plan kitchen with two hi spec ovens ideal for entertaining large groups. A generous retro fridge and freezer offers ample food storage for even the longest of stays and unlimited hot water for tea and coffee with the instant boil filtered taps. The cosy seating area offers a great space to relax with friends and family whilst sat around the designer log burning stove. For breakfasts and suppers you’ll be able to sit around the bespoke made 10 seater farmhouse table and overlook the garden or sit out on the patio and enjoy the tranquility of the area. There is also a well thought out ground floor double bedroom with double aspect windows. Perfect for those looking to avoid stairs and can also benefit from a level shower room. Upstairs consists of three uniquely designed bedrooms. The master bedroom suite offers a king size bed and en-suite wet room with views over the fields and neighbouring streams. The second bedroom offers a south facing aspect with large wardrobe and double bed. The third and largest of the upstairs bedrooms hosts a queen size bed with double doors onto the garden. Ideal for enjoying coffee on the steps in the summer mornings whilst taking in the views. The barn has been renovated with the environment in mind. All locally sourced and reclaimed materials have been used to give the lowest carbon footprint possible. Travel cot, stair gates and high chair are available on request. You will have the whole barn and enclosed, secluded half acre garden to yourself. We like to leave our guests to explore and settle in on their own.
