Sea view Villa 5 min from the beach, sleeps 8

Welcome to our vacation home at the Riviera just 5 min's from the beautiful beaches of Riva Ligure and Arma di Taggia. The villa is 140 m2, has a large terrace with sea view, 3 bedrooms and accommodates 8 persons. The house is located in the hills over Riva Ligure in the medieval village of Pompeiana with a few small shops and a Trattoria in walking distance. Our house offers free Wi-Fi and free solar powered Aircon. Nice airport is 1h. Sanremo 20m. Genoa 2h. Ski resort 2h. Cinque Terre 3h The outdoor space offers a large terrace with open views over the hills and sea. A smaller covered terrace also with sea view and a wood-fired pizza oven, and a garden. The house has central heating and aircon and can be used at all seasons. The house comfortably accommodates 8 people with three separate bedrooms and a common room with a sofa-bed. The house have unprotected stairs, which requires attention if you bring small children. You are welcome to bring children of all ages though:-) The access to the house is through charming and narrow old roads not suitable for cars. Nearest public parking is 150 m away. As we are living in Denmark, we have a local host to meet you, hand over the keys, and assist you if needed.
