The house has a sea-view. It has 4 bedrooms: The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom ; Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has two single beds and the last one has a 3/4 bed. It is fully equipped for 6 people. There is another bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, toilet and bath and then there is a separate guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with cupboards, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a covered braai-area The house is near the beach, shops and Botlierskop Game Reserve. There are several restaurants in the area like De Vette Mossel seafood and Klipheuwel Wine-tasting.
