Thurlestone is a very pretty village on the sea in South Hams. It is an ideal place for beach,walking holidays or golfers. The Coastal Path is directly accessible from the flat. There are several dog-friendly beaches in Thurlestone which never get too crowded as well as the famous surfing beach at Bantham. All of these are accessible by foot. The flat is within walking distance of many splendid beaches suitable for swimming, surfing, SUPing and walking. A local pub and village store are within easy walking distance. A car is highly recommended as public transport is sparse.
