Located in the old part of town, 50m from the seashore and conviniently located at 300m from both beaches and 500m to the main piazza, while placed on closed street, away from street traffic and noisy crowd. Placed on the ground floor with its own small garden. Comfortable accommodation for all age groups. Good size studio settled on a closed street in this peaceful area, while overlooking the sea and 300m from both North and South beach. Living room, private bathroom and garden patio area. Free parking on site subject to availability. Guest are wellcome to join us for lunch or drinks and we strive to answer all questions or queries they may have. The neighbourhood is mainly inhabited by local year round residents, offering guesthouse rooms and apartments, as opposed to large hotels. Walk to both beaches in less than 5 minutes. There are few shops and restaurants within 100m of the studio and many more if you head along Treti Mart Street to reach the Seapark or town centre. Airport transfers or excursions are available upon request.
