La’l Stenkrith is a self-contained apartment with free on street parking adjacent to the beautifully scenic Stenkrith Park in the rural market town of Kirkby Stephen which lies at the head of the Eden Valley. Recently refurbished it is situated between the North Penines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is convenient for the Lake District, North Yorkshire Moors, Pennine Way and Coast 2 Coast route, there are plenty of places and walk and explore. The Living Space The living area is heated using under floor heating to allow for the maximum use of space. A generous seating area encompassing a double sofa, which can also be used as a small double bed. There is a TV with internet channel’s (iPlayer, More4, My5 and STV setup to use) and Blu-Ray player with a wide range of Blu-Ray and DVD’s available and in addition there is a digital radio/dock and a selection of board and card games. Wi-Fi access is available. The rear of the living area holds a small kitchen with hob, oven and fridge. A folding dining table which seats up to 4 people is also provided. The Sleeping Space La’l Stenkrith has a double bedroom with a double bed and single fold down bed. Heating is provided from a wall-mounted heater. A dresser and wardrobe are available. All Bedding is provided. The Bathroom Space There is a generous bathroom with a spacious shower cubicle. Soap and towels are provided. Guest access There is separate access to La’l Stenkrith. You will have your own outdoor space with seating, and if required we can offer clothes washing and drying services. There is free street parking next to the gate to the property. Access is via a lockbox. Breakfast/Food Cereal, bread, preserves, milk and orange juice is provided. If you require additional food this can be provided for you for a small additional charge.
