Lovely flat, next to Stein am Rhein

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.) The flat has an independant entrance, but it is part of a family house. There is one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge, (no door between the two rooms) as well as Radio and TV. There is as well a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom with a shower. Although the apartment has cooking facilities, you can enjoy a healthy vegeterian breakfast (on request, 24 hours in advance, € 8.00 per person) prepared with care by your host. The visitor's tax, as well as the first continental breakfast, beer and mineral water, are included in the rate. If you are staying in the apartment you can as well enjoy your own lovely garden with beautiful surroundings, where you can have your meals outside on the small garden table and enjoy nature. Attention: As the house is surrounded by nature protected area, now and then a harmless spider ore a fly find their way into the house. Although we are situated in the countryside, we are only a 3 min drive/ 15 min walk to the shops and Stein am Rhein and 40 min. drive to Constance. You can also go for a nice walk to the lake, it is only 10 min walk from the flat. There are local buses within walking distance of the flat. We are animal lovers, so pets are more than welcome! Independent entrance, private garden and FREE parking space. There is a double sofa bed in the living room up to 4 people can sleep in the flat. I have been a professional tour guide for many years - so don't hesitate to ask me what you can do in this beautiful part of the world! We are in a beautiful, green and quiet residential area. There is a public bus stop 80 m from the house and a train station in Stein am Rhein. The train to and from Zürich takes 1 hour and 5 minutes (a train every hour). The train from and to Schaffhausen takes approx. 25 minutes. The visitor's tax allows free use of the local buses and a discount on many other services. Check-in (as from 15 h) by agreement.
