C'a di Bartüss

La C'a di Bartüss is surrounded by a typical landscape of the Valle Maggia, where, as in a postcard, you can admire an example of ancient rural houses of popular architecture made entirely of stone. La C'a di Bartüss is on three levels: on the first floor there is a kitchen with a glass ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a pellet stove, a main entrance and access to the terrace, a loft with a living room, on the ground floor a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a second bedroom with a bunk bed (90x200 cm). The C'a di Bartüss is a typical Ticino house consisting of three floors from where, after climbing the stone staircase that leads to a small terrace with access to the front door, you enter the atrium with a corridor on the right to reach the kitchen well lit by a large window on the gable under the roof. Equipped with ceramic hob with 4 stoves, electric and microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker caps, table and 5 chairs. The French door of the kitchen leads to the outdoor terrace with gas barbecue table and chairs, ideal for dining and enjoying the tranquility overlooking the adjacent mountain, from where you can watch wild animals such as chamois, deer and deer in the morning. The relaxation area in a mezzanine leads directly to the dining area with a sofa and cable TV. To reach the bedroom you go down a staircase, the room is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a two-door wardrobe where you can store clothes in an orderly manner. On the wall next to the bed there is a sliding window overlooking the pyramid roof of the entrance stairs. The bedroom on the first floor is also equipped with a bunk bed (2x 90x200), two-door closet. A door provides access to the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The C'a di Bartüss has two bathrooms , on the second floor a toilet, sink with mirror and closet. On the first floor down the stairs, the toilet with shower, toilet, sink with mirror and closet.
