Comfortable Cosy & Deep Cleaned Single bedroom in a semi detached property in a lovely quiet area. Within walking distance of local shops and amenities. Local train station and bus stops. Close to city center, Marsh Barton and the Quay. There is also bus stops close by and not far from the dual carriage way and M5! The room has WiFi along with a Tv/ Now Box with Netflix etc , Kettle, Hair dryer & Iron. Tea Coffee Sugar & Milk is provide in the room along with a fridge & microwave I live in a very quiet house & Area, I'm situated 5 minutes walk to Marsh Barton & The Quay and only 10/15 Minute walk to the city center (Depending how quick you walk) There is also bus stops close by and not far from the dual carriage way and M5! There are plenty of Restaurants within walking distance ie... Frankie & Bennys.. Nandos..Chiquito.. Rockfish.. Seven Stars and theres also take aways ie kfc.. McDonalds and a Fish & Chip Shop. The room has a Tv with a Now box along with Netflix.. WiFi and a kettle.. Tea Coffee Sugar & Milk is provide in the room along with a fridge & microwave. There is a Separate large Bathroom with a Shower Toilet and Bath for guests, Towels and Shampoo provided in the room. Having a dog my sitting room, kitchen and all downstairs area are private. Lockbox Theres is free secure parking available at the front of the house I am happy to answer any questions and offer any information you require about places to visit, restaurants etc. I am in and out most of the time, however i live in the house and would be happy to help you with any reasonable requests Very Quiet & Safe place with really lovely Neighbours surrounded by a lovely area
