Entire guest suite with private access - Woodstock

Private Self Catered Room in a quiet location minutes from the North Cornwall Coast, and local Tehidy Park Golf Club-private double room with its own access and en-suite facilities. An armchair bed is available if required for an extra guest or child (3-12yrs) & a travel cot for those under the age of 2.Towels & bed linen (Website hidden by Airbnb) making facilities,Cafetiere,Toaster, 3 in 1 Egg Boiler & fridge, 2 ring hob, microwave, TV/WiFi-A light breakfast will be provided for the first night only. Entire private self catered room attached next door to our cottage is located in a tranquil location on the outskirts of Redruth and backs onto a working cattle farm. Guests have their own private access to the room. The accommodation is attached to our home but guests will not have access to the main house. We do have another room available (Garden Room) which has an adjoining door/hallway to the Woodstock Room which has en-suite facilities (check availability). There is off road parking provided shared with the owners and guests can access part of a small garden area - shared with other guests. Travel cot available upon request. Beach towels are provided. Key instructions are given to guests prior to their arrival if we are not around to greet in person. We will leave you to your own devices but please feel free to come and speak to us if you have any questions. We are a working family and come and go but always at the end of the mobile. We have a black Labrador and Jack Russell. We are situated near to the North Cornish seaside and surfing resorts of Portreath, Porthtowan and Godrevy (National Trust), The Mineral Tramways Coast to Coast Path, and Tehidy Country Park. Many other attractions are accessible from the A30 which is a short drive away with roads leading to The Tate Gallery, St Ives. The National Maritime Museum, Falmouth. St Michaels Mount, Penzance. Eden Project, St Austell, locations of Poldark and many more combining with outstanding beaches, pubs and restaurants. Redruth Railway Station is approximately 5-10 minutes drive away. Newquay Airport is approximately 15 miles away by car. Local bus service is within walking distance for connections to Truro, Falmouth, St Ives, Penzance. There are plenty of places to eat and drink with local produce either within walking distance, car or taxi. Booking is recommended.
