Beautiful 1st floor bedroom, with bath (& shower attachment), ensuite toilet/wash basin. Wall mounted TV, tea/coffee making facilities. Stairs from drive up to private entrance. Parking on gated drive. Use of small gym, outside decking area & tennis court. Located in Barnt Green with excellent access to North Worcestershire & Birmingham (25 mins by train). 10 mins walk to village centre and train station. 30 mins drive to Stratford-upon-Avon. 1 mile from the prestigious Blackwell golf club. This private, room is situated above our detached double garage, with an external staircase leading up to the door. The king size bed faces the feature bath, and has views over a large garden and fields beyond. There is a small ensuite toilet and sink (pictured). There are no cooking/kitchen facilities, but we are happy to provide crockery / cutlery / glasses on request if guests would prefer to enjoy a takeaway rather than going out to eat. There is a small fridge and a kettle, and we provide tea, coffee and milk. Guests are welcome to enjoy time in our family garden, and can request private use of the decking area if you wish. Guests can also use the tennis court at the bottom of the garden, and we will provide a key to the gym (pictured) if this is requested.
