Apartament into the Dolomites

Situated on the relaxing place of Zortea, the apartament is recently rebuilding and can host till 6 person. Near of the rinomated Fiera di Primiero and San Martino di Castrozza, it's far only half hour from the ski lift. The apartment is placed in Zortea, a small village near the fantastic Dolomites. It's not far from the rinomated places like Mezzano (from 2010 it's one of "the most beautiful village of Italy"), San Martino di Castrozza, Fiera di Primiero, Canal San Bovo. The apartment it's compose of 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other one with a bunk bed) and a bathroom. Living room and kitchen are into the same open space with large windows that show the Vanoi valley, the relax zone is compose of comfortable sofa bed in front of modern wood burning stove and TV 42 inch. In front of home there is a private garden; the parking is far 20 meters and the minimarket 40 meters. The heating is managed by a modern and ducted pellet STOVE, the ducting allows you to heat both the living area and the bedrooms. Pets: The apartment is open to our animal friends, however we only receive small pets and no more than one per booking. For special needs please let us know in advance by message to find a possible solution together :-) Winter activities: _San Martino di Castrozza - passo Rolle ski lift are far 27 km _Lagorai - passo Brocon ski lift far 25 km _Calaita lake with 8 km of cross country ski trail is far 6 km (access is free) _In Transacqua there is a ice skating rink, it's far 15 km The apartment is organized in such a way as to allow our guests to independently manage the check in and check out thanks to the safe containing the keys to entry, also at the time of booking, you will be sent a brochure with precise directions and detailed on how to get to the apartment, park the car and all the useful information on home supplies. Obviously we are always available in case of need and reachable at any time.
