A Home as Sweet as Home - Single

A private room in a clean, bright and cosy home located only 15 minutes from Rochester. The room is equipped with a single bed, study desk, TV and Netflix. The house is mid-terraced found on a quiet road. A lot of work has been done to allow natural light to fill all the spaces of the house. The bedroom has a single bed with a comfortable mattress and a spare pillow. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and all the appliances it offers. The utility room also has a washing machine you're welcome to use if you're planning to stay for a few days. Guests are welcome to use the living spaces as well as the garden. Please make yourself at home, and if unsure don't hesitate to ask! Both myself and Riannah work in London, so dependent on the length of the stay, you may see both of us. When we are around, we're happy to speak to guests or you're welcome to keep yourself, to yourself. Everyone is friendly in the area and are always willing to lend a hand. There's a small convenience store within a 2 minute walk, a little further and you'll be able to access the larger stores such as Asda and Aldi. Being so close to Rochester, you'll also have access to all the pubs, restaurants and other wonderful attractions. All the attractions of Rochester are within easy walking distance, be it pubs, restaurants or festivals. There's free parking on the road and surrounding areas. We're also less than a 5 minute drive from the A2 motorway. Strood train station is less than a 10 minute walk and offers high speed services to London Kings Cross in less than 30 minutes. There is another listing for a double bedroom in the same house. The bedroom is found on the first floor.
