Room to rent

Hi, I am renting a room on the ground floor of my house... It is flooded with sun in the morning... You enter the room from the ground floor and have use of the shower/laundry room . This is a shared bathroom with the second room I am renting. You will find coffee & tea amenities as well as microwave, but generally will not have access to the main kitchen/living room. You are welcome to enjoy the garden area in front of your room ( and on an adhoc basis the all garden :)) We live upstairs, so we enjoy a quiet environment when we are around. I work and there is a 4 years old in the house, so the house is regularly awake and alive since 7am in the morning and asleep at 10pm. There is no access to the rest of the house, but when we are out you have access to the all garden! Lots of parking space. Bus 8 & 60 to the city center @ 8min walk.
