Spacious & light bedroom with kingsize bed, WiFi, front & back views, dresser & bath/shower (private use but accessed through hallway) - suitable for couples or single travellers. Our home is in a lovely setting with good transport links & short walks to local shops, quayside & city centre. The house is a modern home with 4 bedrooms, 2 of which can be rented through Airbnb, so the space doesn't feel crowded. The house has access to fibre broadband through Wifi. The house is located in the centre of St Thomas area of Exeter, on a community green, 4 minutes walk from local shops, 15 minute walk from the quayside and 20 minute walk to the Cathedral Green in the City Centre. Guests have exclusive use of a large bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with a bath and shower as well as use of kitchen, dining room and a generous sized garden. The bedroom has a television with a Chromecast and the whole house has free wi-fi access. We are often busy - as we both have full time jobs, but we are more than happy to chat with guests and offer advice on local attractions, transport and local amenities. The house is set on a modern estate with a lovely community green and has a very tranquil feel. There are local shops and pubs in easy walking distance and there are also parks in easy walking distance. Local shops are a 5 minute walk, 15 minutes walk to the quayside and 20 minutes walk to the town centre, with excellent transport links - there are regular buses on Cowick Street (4 minute walk) and it's a 7 minute walk to Exeter St Thomas train station. Internet access is a fibre link, so the WiFi should be smoking fast.
