A quaint traditional stone built two bedroomed cottage at the heart of the Village. The old home of the village coastguard Malcombe Braund,this cosy cottage with wood burners and private garden is a wonderful place to stay. The beach is just 2 mins walk down the path and the car can be parked on the road outside or 10 yrds up the lane outside the garage. A modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large electric cooker range makes this ideal for self catering holidays. The cottage letting is for the complete building and garden. Access is to the whole property Free parking is available in the lane outside , or outside the cottage garage approx. 40 yards up the lane. The wood burning stoves burn wood only (not coal). Access to the wood store can be arranged at an additional charge of £10/basket. All wood is seasoned split hardwood with kindling available.
