Azeitão Damas Villa

A beautiful and luxurious new house with minimal decoration near the Arrábida Natural Park. This house is located in Azeitão, a pretty little town situated near the Arrábida mountains, close to the old road that links Lisbon to Setúbal. This is just 25 km from Lisbon (the capital of Portugal), 15 km from Setúbal and 12 km from Sesimbra. The space: The house has luxurious furniture, 2 suites , 2 double bedroom, 1 office, 1 bedroom with toys for the kids to have fun, 4 bathrooms, a large living room and a large kitchen . The house has a swimming pool with sunbeds to relax on and a barbecue area with an outdoor table where you can enjoy meals. The house has an interior space of 250m2. We could perfectly fit and receive 10 or more guests, however, we want the most satisfaction and enjoyment possible for our guests, and that is why we limit the house to 8 people. The satisfaction of our guest is our satisfaction, and we try to improve the experience of each one of our visitors. Premium localization: It´s important to have a car to enjoy the entire region, but you have a train station to the heart of Lisbon just 5 km from the house. The outskirts are very safe and peaceful, and there are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a hospital nearby. The house is located a 20 minute car trip, from the amazing beaches of Arrábida, and about 5 minutes away from Orizonte Lisbon Golf (Quinta do Perú). By car, it takes 20 minutes to arrive to Setúbal, and 35 minutes to arrive Lisbon. It will be a pleasure receive you in our house. We´re always available if you have any doubt. You can also visit vineyard productions, and don´t forget to taste our very well known "Tortas de Azeitão" (Cake) and taste our delightful cheese (Queijo de Azeitão). You should get to know the Praia dos Galapinhos ( a beach), that was considered the best european beach in 2017. Here you can relax and take baths on very calm waters. From May to August, try one of the most enjoyed snacks of the Portuguese people, the snails. Just a 1 minute walk from the house, you can taste this tasty snack in the “Casa dos Caracóis” (House of snails) restaurant, It will be a pleasure to receive you in our house.
