Recently refurbished one bedroom apartment, located right into the main entrance of the Natural Park of Comapedrosa Valley, where you can find the highest peak of Andorra. Also, its prime position just a few steps away from the 6 man chairlift at "Marrades" slope, makes an ideal and suitable location for skiers and snowboarders. It's a perfect spot for those who wants to enjoy winter sports or for those who prefers sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular views of our mountains. Bright apartment with natural light, minimalist decoration composed of light colors that favor a pleasant atmosphere. Apartment equipped for your best comfort, we want you to feel at home! The apartment is suitable for 4 people, it has about 59 sq. meters plus a nice balcony. Large living room with an open kitchen fitted with all the cooking necessities such as microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. In the lounge, you have a big dinner table for 4 people, a double sofa bed, flat screen tv, DVD player, and a bluetooth audio system. We love meeting people! We'll be fully available during your stay for any questions about the place, surrounds, recommedations, etc. Also, we can organize lift passes, ski hire. If you are a family with kids, if necessary, we can organize babysitting, as well transfer services to Andorra (shopping, Spa Caldea, dinning around, etc). We're located about 500 metres from the Arinsal town centre. Our building is just 5 minutes walking from/to the 6 main chairlift at "Les Marrades slope". The Comapedrosa natural park entrance is just around the corner. The nature, all the mountains is what make the place so special! The L5 bus stop is just opposite the building. In the winter, buses to Andorra and La Massana run every half an hour. Also, with less frequence, there is the Vallnord ski bus that takes you to Pal or Arcalís. If you need private transfers, we can organize for you at your convenience. On the ground floor, you can find "La Pampa" restaurant, an Argentinian restaurant specialized in grilled meat, pastas and drinks. Just opposite our building you have a big outside street parking area. Garage parking inside available free of charge.
