Fantastic home, to come with family or friends. This villa has two bedrooms with double bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath and a bathroom with shower. The house has 1 sofa bed for 2 children up to 12 years old. You can put a cot at no extra charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. The whole house has internet, central heating and cable tv. It also has a laundry area with washing machine and drying. Outside, it has a nice seating area, with table and sofa, ideal for relaxing and to enjoy a good afternoon, and a barbecue area. You can enjoy the pool with 8 meters long and still the games room with billiards, ping-pong table and bicycles for a ride around the neighborhood. It is very close to the village center and 20 minutes from Ponte de Lima center. Ponte da Barca is 35 minutes away and Viana do Castelo is a 40-minute drive away. The airport in Oporto is 1h path. Note: The use of the sofa bed for 2 children up to 12 years old has the additional cost of € 15 (in high season) and € 10 (in low season), for each child and for each night.
