Two in one, Studio

The space is brand new, modern and bright. The house has been reconstructed and upgraded in 2016. It is located in a quiet neighborhood of private houses, near Dunajska cesta – north artery of the city, 300m from the highway exit, 150 m from local bus station, 3 km from the city center. - Ground floor studio (29 m2) has 2 beds 90x200 cm separate or joined together, bathroom and mini kitchen . One private parking place is available in front of the entrance, under the terrace. Ground floor studio: 2 beds 90x200 cm separate or joined together, work desk for 2 with cable and WiFI internet, cable TV, big closet, dining table for 2, mini kitchen with washing machine, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. 1 private parking place in front of the house under the terrace. All windows can be drawn with blinds. I live next door, so I am alweys available to help if needed. In the case I am not at home, I can leave the key in the locker infront of the door. You`ll need the code to open it. During your stay you`ll have all the privacy you want , because the flat is completely separated from the main house. Peaceful, safe neighborhood but anyway close to the Sport center Stožice, BTC shopping center and WTC Ljubljana, Laguna city beach (Ljubljana resort) where you can swim and relax. In the distance of 300 m you can find shops, restaurants, post office, banks. If you are traveling by car, you have quick access to the city ring / motorway Exit Lj-Bežigrad 300 m away. The local bus station Stožice is 150 m away on Dunajska cesta. On the opposite side of it there is a station for renting the City Bike wheel. For both you need a smart card called URBANA, which you can borrow from me. No loud partys allowed. Smoking is allowed only outside. Tourist tax is not included in the price and will be collected on arrival: adults 3,13€ per night, choldren 7-18 years 1,57€ per night .
