Welcome in Halkidiki! Summer 2floor - House with territorial yard & amazing view of Psakoudia beach. Located at the beginning of the middle leg of Halkidiki among the olive trees. Strategically positioned, starting from our home you can discover the beauty of Halkidiki. Accessible through its own independent side entrance with direct access to safe & territorial yard ideal for kids. This lovely maisonette offers enough room for up to 4 persons. Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 1km to the beach of "Psakoudia". The landscaped yard is a lovely place to relax while listening to the tuis and other birds. Our building consists from two separate apartments with a shared territorial & safe yard ideal for kids. The 200 m² adorable maisonette consist of two queen size bedrooms room, fully equipped kitchen, huge Bathroom/WC, spacious living room. You can also have access to a large veranda with an amazing view with bbq. Entering you will find an open area with a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a dining table. The second-floor of the Maisonette consists from find three bedrooms, a generously sized bathroom with a bathtub and a comfortable balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast with the view of the Aegean. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable with queen-size beds (160x200cm). The third room it's a beautiful workspace where you can relax and concentrate. We are happy to welcome interesting and nice guests from all over the world. During your stay, a self-serve breakfast is provided in your kitchen, including homemade cereal, baking, bread, yogurt, fruits, fresh coffee, juice and a selection of teas. The house also has a well-equipped kitchen if you wish to cook your own meals or use of a bbq. - Private parking, 2 cars. - Wifi - Greenhouse - Chicken coop - Cot and high chair available upon request. My interaction with guests will be solely through Airbnb, phone, and mail. I occasionally come to Halkidiki, but maybe I won't be during your stay. However, my parents, Miltos and Irene, will be onsite in the guest house for any needs or requests you may have. Privacy is respected. However, if you need anything just knock at our door. We can advise you how to save on rental cars or scooters, or on excursions... If you are on the mood we can organize a bbq for you with traditional greek recipes. THEN WHAT ABOUT COMING AND VISIT US? Welcome in Chalkidiki! In a very close distance there are many hotels, tourist shops, restaurants, beach bars, water activities, supermarkets etc. Access to the beach is easy with a path through olive trees, leading you there at only 800m away. The beach is a little precious jewel, an exotic beach featuring white sand, pine tree grove and turquoise clear water. Strategically positioned, starting from our home you can discover the beauty of Chalkidiki. The maisonette is located in a green neighborhood of single family houses, is the perfect location if you desire a quiet place, next to Thessaloniki and have a car, if you want to spend your time combining sightseeing, shopping and going to the beach or if you want to discover northern Greece as you are able to reach many destinations of interest in all directions. Thessaloniki is located 80 km ride. It's advisable to have a car as public transportation is scarce. - "Nikiti" is located 18km - "Marmaras" is located 38km - Airport transport is available upon request. - Breakfast/dinner can be offered on request.
