The house is available for Short-WEEK RENTAL Friday-Thursday (€950 - €1,800 depending on season) throughout the year, and WEEKENDS Friday-Monday (€ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ). Because this does not map to the AirBNB pricing model, please ask for a price quotation. The house is fully equipped for parties of up to 12 with 2 double and 3 twin bedrooms and a bunk-room, 3 showers and a bath. The large Salon has the family dining table and a wood burning fire, stereo and Satellite TV as well as plenty of relaxed seating. In addition, there is a separate games room with pool table and table-football. FREE WI-FI. Outside there is a large terrace with a gas barbecue and outside dining tables, an outside games room with Table Tennis and Darts Board, and the swimming pool. The Swimming Pool is closed Oct-April, but can be opened out of season with at least 2 weeks notice. There may be a charge for this or for heating the pool (minimum €100). The kitchen has a 5-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, food processor, toaster, toasted sandwich-maker and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, cot and a high chair. All bed linen and Bath towels are supplied. The beds have duvets. The house has oil-fired central heating. You may provide your own bedlinen, pillows and towels if you prefer. Ancien Resto is conveniently located for trips to the Morvan National Park, historic Dijon and Vezelay and, of course, the vineyards of the Côte d’Or and the beautiful town of Beaune. Nearby lakes offer the opportunity to swim, sail and windsurf. There are two Golf courses close by. The countryside around the village is ideal for walking and bicycling… and then of course there’s the wine and food…..you can either provide for yourselves or visit excellent restaurants in Saulieu, Chailly, Chateauneuf or Arnay le Duc. You will be renting the WHOLE HOUSE (6 bedrooms, 1 bath, 3 showers) which sleeps 12. You will have exclusive use of (a) the swimming pool (Mid-May to September). Available out of season with at least 2 weeks' notice. The quiet and rural setting No usable public transport ... The house is in the middle of the countryside. Use the bicycles provided... Car needed for larger families GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS Security Deposit The security deposit will be returned to the client by AirBNB once the housekeeper has confirmed there is no damage or other cause for withholding amounts. Check-in and check-out Check-in will be available from 16:00 on the day of arrival unless agreed otherwise. Late check-in is possible only by prior arrangement. If check-in is after (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) there will be a surcharge of €25, and if after 1.00 a.m. the surcharge will be €35. Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise. Any delay in vacating the house at the agreed time may cause problems with the housekeeper and preparations for the arrival of following guests. This may result in a penalty (minimum €50) deductible from the security deposit. Number of people in house Before you arrive, you will be asked to declare how many people will be staying in the house. More than 12 adults will not normally be permitted. You may not bring more people into the property than declared, but if you do you cannot claim that the house is insufficiently equipped. Damage All damage must be reported to the housekeeper. If anything is missing or damaged on your arrival you must immediately inform the housekeeper who will repair or replace them as soon as possible. The cost of replacing or repairing damaged items will be deducted from your security deposit. Cleaning The property must be left clean on departure. If the housekeeper decides that the house is excessively untidy when you leave, she may levy a penalty (minimum €50) deductible from the security deposit.
