The house is located in the calm and central Kungsladugård next to Slottsskogen with Zoo, playgrounds, outdoor gym and cafes. Walking distance to Mariaplan - the heart of Majorna, with several nice restaurants, bars and shops and a large pool for children. Around the corner is a tram stop that takes you into the city or out to the archipelago (15 minutes in each direction). Ica Supermarket is one block away. The perfect accommodation for families with children or larger groups of up to 8 people. The house was built in 1926 but the basement was recently renovated and opened its doors in May 2020. The entire floor is a total of 90 sqm and consists of three rooms and a kitchen. You get the floor completely for yourself, with its own entrance and own patio with the opportunity to barbeque. The floor consists of two bedrooms, a large living room and a cozy kitchen. The kitchen has equipment for cooking and a basic assortment of pantry products such as spices and oils, but also coffee and tea - all from our local organic shop.
