House TONI

It's a 250 years old house, renovated in traditional spirit and placed in central Istra County. Lot's of house facilities are hand made during the centuries. Surrounded by beautiful nature it is peaceful and relaxing place and if you want an adventure you can find it near by. Outdoor space is connected with main floor with open concept ( living room with big fireplace, dining room), full equipped kitchen, bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with king size bed and bathroom. In the big loft are 1 king size bed, 2 beds and sitting area which can be used as extra bed. The floors are connected with wooden stairs. Because of massive stone walls there is no need for air conditioning during summer and during winter the house is heated with central heating, fireplace and wood mantle. Guests have at their disposal the entire house and part of the yard. Outdoor grill is in the common yard and guests can use it whenever they want. The host are available on the spot if necessary. Small village ( 3 houses ) Well known Konoba "Kolionasi" - traditional restaurant with local food and products Near by: - historical places ( Hum, Aleja glagoljaša, Roč, Buzet, Motovun, Pazin ... ) - natural beauties ( Nature park Učka, Kotle, Mirna, Caves... ) - thermal healing ( Istarske toplice) - beaches ( Rabac, Umag, Novigrad...) - hiking - hitchhiking - bike roads - horse riding - downhill - paragliding - rock climbing ( natural and artificial) - motocross - zip line above Pazinska jama - forest games ( paintball, air soft) There is no public transportation so you need a car to get around. The nearest market, gas station... is in Buzet. To some location you can go by bike. The sea and beaches are little further away ( 30 - 50 kilometers). If you chose any location you would like to visit in Istra County you get there by car for an hour top.
