This beautiful apartment is in a nice suburb of Kaiserslautern. Far enough on the outskirts of the inner city to get away of the typical hussle and bussle and close enough if you wish to enjoy a fun day or night out in town. The apartment is extremely clean and has a strict non-smoking, no pet policy. It also has a special air-filtration system to make even the worst allergy sufferers feel comfortable. The accomodation is half of a duplex home. Very quiet! It comes with a parking spot right in front of the house. If additional parking is needed it would be street parking which is free of charge. The apartment has - a fully stocked kitchen with all of the amenities and a nice dining area - living room with TV - bedroom with King-Size-bed and closet - bathroom with shower - washing machine and dryer - and a nice spacious balcony Wheel chair access possible. Someone will be available if assistance is needed, either in person or via phone/ (Hidden by Airbnb) /text messages/email etc. We have ample information about the surrounding area and locations to visit, and are happy to guide our guests and share the information. We speak English and German, so do not be afraid to stay with us, we'll greet you with open arms! This neighborhood is a family oriented area in Kaiserslautern-City. It is far enough on the outskirts that you will not be bothered with the hussle and bussle of the inner city but close enough to enjoy it when you desire to do so. The bus stop is within walking distance and will take you straight to the heart of the city or to the train station. The closest train station is Kaiserslautern, it is roughly 6 kilometer from the apartment and easy to reach bus. Bus lines 107 and 108 take you straight into the city, 107 also goes to the train station.
