Nestled within the Shropshire AONB in the shadow of The Brown Clee Hill, the highest hill in Shropshire, with fabulous views, The Shropshire Way passes over the Brown Clee in addition to other walking routes, cycle trails and bridal ways to explore. This is a remote location 12 miles from Ludlow and Bridgnorh. The building forms part of a barn renovation which was originally part of a working farm. A bright and airy loft studio, with private shower room / toilet, well equipped kitchen / dining area, seating / TV area with free WIFI access point. A cosy warm self contained space accessed from an outside staircase leading to a lobby area then onwards to "The Loft" studio, comprising of a double bed and sofa bed in an open plan area, The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, fridge (with freezer box), combination oven / microwave and induction hob. Heating is provided by our Bio mass Boiler, there are solar panels on the roof and waste is managed by our klargester. All guests will be provided with tea, coffee, fresh free range eggs from our hens/ducks, when available.. We can also arrange for other items on your arrival (fresh bread / meat products) by arrangement. The Loft is situated in the grounds of our home with plenty of parking space. Guests may make use of the garden of our home with prior arrangements. Use of the hot tub, when available. The Hot Tub is only available for guests, no multiple use. Don't forget your flip-flops if you plan to use this facility. We also have two electric bikes available for hire at £ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) per day each, plus a £ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) deposit. Please enquire about availability before booking. We are here to make your stay a pleasant one so just ask if you need anything we will do our best to oblige. Use of our clothes washing / drying facilities on request. There is a Garage (petrol - Servicing), Convenience Store, Post Office and a local Butcher in the nearby village of Ditton Priors, 3 miles north. The garage also opens on a Sunday morning for papers, fuel etc. Our Property is inside the Shropshire AONB and there are plenty of walks up and down the Brown Clee including part of the "Shropshire Way". There is no public transport. A variety of local pubs serving food and good ales all within a 5 mile radius. The Loft is 3 miles from the local village of Ditton Priors, and between 10 / 12 miles from the small market towns of Bridgnorth and Ludlow.
