A lovely 19th Century stone cottage in the semi-rural village of Prenteg on the southern edge of the Snowdonia National Park. 10 minutes from Porthmadog, Portmerrion and Steam railway. 20 mins from Snowdon. The cottage has recently undergone a full refurbishment and is fitted with modern comforts and heating, but retains its period charm. Wifi is now installed and is complimented by a new 32 inch smart TV. The cottage has one large room downstairs with a fully fitted kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Stone fireplace with log burning stove. Electric hob, oven and fridge. Upstairs there is a double bedroom fitted with a double bed and a single bedroom with bunks and a full size pull out under-bed. Ideal for small walking groups, or a family of 4 or 5. Good size private garden to rear, with table and chairs. Ample free Parking available a short distance from the house. Private use of the entire cotttage and garden. I will be available by telephone and local help is at hand if needed. Parking is 20m away from the house, which is on a fairly steep hill. Cars can be unloaded at the door.
