The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Allenwinden. Friendly, international neighborhood, mainly families. Surroundings are great for children to play outside; private road with no through-traffic; a hill just in front of the house is great for sledging in winter. There are many possibilities for outdoor activities in immediate surroundings (e.g. hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing). The apartment belongs to a 3 story house located on the hillside at 700m above sea-level. The house is surrounded by a nice garden. The flat is independent with a separate entrance. A 28m2 open space with a parquet floor and exit to a shared garden (ideal for family with kids), a room used a home office. Equipped with: - A kitchenette corner (Induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a cupboard filled with necessary dishes and cutlery). The kitchenette has no sink. We offer a free dish washing service included in the rent. This is the perfect accommodation if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful escape but still close to the cities of Zug (10min), Zurich (30min) and Lucerne (30min), and the central Switzerland Alps.
