Kleinbaai Harbour and island view escape

The panoramic sea views and spacious layout of the home makes this a dream place for families and friends to enjoy each others company and relax with unspoilt views. Furthermore the layout of the home is very practical and you will find everything that you need for a comfortable break away at your fingertips. This unbeatable seaview home is extraordinary well for a comfortable and totally relaxed stay. It sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms with luxurious linen. There are 2 extra double sofa beds in the living room on the first floor with 2 extra optional single beds/floor matresses in the garage to use. Two bedrooms are en-suite. The other 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is an extra guest toilet and basin at the entrance. It is well equiped with all amenities on the top floor with an open-plan kitchen, bar area, built- in braai (bbq), living room, dining area, laundry area and patio with breath taking sea views. There are some entertainment in the garage: table tennis and darts It is exceptionally well located from the harbour ( 200 meters) with panoramic sea views. Guests have the entire home for themselves. I will be available via Airbnb app and on my phone. My co-host will be closer to assist if the need be. There is a small shop with basic necessities and limited convenience shopping with a fuel station just around the corner. All other shopping could be done in Gansbaai which is 3 km away. There is a tidal pool, swings for the kids and greens to play on, rock pools and lovely walking areas along the beachfront and hiking trails. You can go fishing off the harbour wall or go for a round of golf on the village golf course. The Abalone House with a great seafood menu is just around the corner. Shark cage diving expiditions leave from the harbour which is basically on our doorstep and whale spotting at De Kelders/ Walker Bay are just a few of the activities that can be done. The African penguin sanctuary is close by and a visit to Danger Point lighthouse is possible for a small visitors fee. Nearby towns offer beer tastings, cheese and wine tasting and many more. Fresh fish can be bought at the Gansbaai Fish Market at the Gansbaai harbour. Fernkloof Nature reserve offers beautiful hiking trails in the mountains at Hermanus. There is ample parking on the premises. There are plastic barricades to help prevent babies from going down the staircase on the top floor but there is another staircase on the bottom floor without any baby gate. Babies are welcome, however the staircases do not make it safe for babies. Unfortunately the house is not wheelchair friendly.
