BRAND NEW, superbly located Annex in Kingsbridge

Located within walking distance of the delightful market town of Kingsbridge, the Annex at Ashleigh House is a quiet comfortable space with everything you need for a relaxing break. With gorgeous walks straight from the Annex and stunning beaches and countryside just a short drive away, it's the perfect base for your South Devon holiday. Kingsbridge has plenty of fabulous independent shops to explore, along with the essentials, while larger towns such as Dartmouth are just a short drive away. Lovely light and airy main room with King Size bed, squishy comfy feather duvet and pillows, realxing chairs and WiFi. A small but well appointed kitchen provides all you need for a relaxing stay and there's a cosy dining area to enjoy a meal. Outside, there's plenty of space to sit and enjoy a barbecue in the sunshine. There is a cable to plug your iPhone into the TV to enjoy your own Netflix, iPlayer, etc. There's off street parking and a lovely garden to enjoy. Just ring or text if you have a problem or just require a recommendation for something fun to do or lovely to eat. Westville is full of families and is safe and quiet. Kingsbridge's high street is a 5 minute walk away, or you can catch a bus to Salcombe, Dartmouth or Plymouth. Numerous stunning beaches and countryside can be found a short drive away. The centre of town is just a short 5 minute walk away with bakeries, independent shops, pubs, restaurants and take aways. We're delighted to welcome dogs at the Annex and we ask that they not be allowed on the furniture nor are they left alone in the property at any time. We make a charge of £20 per dog per stay, which will be charged separately prior to arrival.
